Dubai is clearly committed to gender equality – and this is reflected in the existence of a female police unit. This unit focuses on handling gender conflicts, fraud, and theft to enhance the safety and well-being of the multicultural population.
Female officers are rigorously recruited from the existing police force after gaining experience in stations, investigating crimes, and protecting important figures. Additionally, fluency in both Arabic and English is a must to communicate effectively with the diverse population.
