Flowing and blowing in the wind
On this day, the wind must have been howling! The bride’s wedding veil threatened to take off like a kite. Luckily, a few guests swooped in just in the nick of time (正巧 zeitig), because a perfect veil often costs time and money – and isn’t easy to replace. Maybe she hadn’t fastened it securely enough?
A near disaster! The runaway veil was practically dangling over the edge, saved only by a ladder nearby. A word to the wise for future brides: Test that veil clasp before you walk down the aisle – and hope your guests are quick on their feet!
