Below we can see a person saying that he doesn’t find the joke funny because if you see his name “Czjwinostawcz” it is the exact same name the doctor showed and that’s why he does not find it funny.

This is actually a sandwich, and the writing on the wrapper is simply listing the ingredients. Since it was likely a custom order, the staff wrote down the ingredients to make sure it was prepared correctly.
It includes mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion. Naturally, they didn’t bother writing out the full words and used shorthand instead, which is what makes it confusing at first glance.
