#39: Stolen Car Serendipity
I had my car stolen and was told by police it is already gone and driven over a border (Europe). Two days later I had an appointment where I obviously had to take public transportation. Decided spur of the moment to get of the bus earlier and walk through the park. Took a street I have never been in. There was my car parked at the side of the road. Fully intact. Less than a mile from home.
Police were asking me if I had just forgotten where I parked it 😂. The only thing missing was a very old GPS. Six months later, I get a call from the police. Asking about my address. Turns out they found my GPS inside another stolen car. Also got my GPS back. Crazy.
