Facing Challenges with a Smile
Among the unexpected challenges that came with this new lifestyle, one of the most consistent—and frustrating—has been Los Angeles traffic. Known as one of the worst in the country, the infamous congestion of LA often turns simple trips into hours-long slogs. For Jaqi and her daughters, navigating this chaotic traffic has become part of their regular routine, especially when traveling to and from castings and photoshoots across the city.
As they often find themselves heading into downtown LA several times a week, their commutes can stretch into five or six-hour journeys. Despite the exhaustion, the family has managed to make the best of these long rides, using them as opportunities to talk, laugh, and bond together in the car.
