Further Underground
Although the staircase seemed safe enough on its own, both Mandy and James were so focused on what lay ahead that they didn’t pay attention to their footing. Near the last step, James tripped and fell, his flashlight clattering to the ground. Luckily, he was unharmed, and Mandy quickly helped him up. He grabbed the flashlight and immediately shone it towards the basement wall directly in front of them.

Along the wall were large barrels that looked like they might have once been used to store wine. The basement itself was spacious, with various items piled up in other areas.
