The House Needed a Little TLC

While the layout and interior design were beautifully typical of the old Victorian style, the house still needed a little TLC. The stain on the hardwood floors was worn away in places, and some of the boards creaked and warped when you walked on them. Some of the walls also had spots that needed to be touched up with paint.

However, most of the house was in pretty decent shape, and the renovations wouldn’t be too intensive. It was mostly just the kind of stuff you’d expect with an older home.
