Energy Bars


When you’re in a rush and need a quick snack, it’s surprisingly easy to reach for an energy bar. To be fair, energy bars are marketed as a nutritious on-the-go snack. However, just because they keep you feeling full for a while doesn’t necessarily mean they’re good for you. Many commercially available energy bars contain additives, unhealthy fats, and artificial ingredients that can do more harm than good.

There are plenty of healthier energy bar options out there. A handful of nuts or homemade energy bars would be far better for you.
