WILL SMITH – $42 MILLION, CALIFORNIA

Will Smith, now 56, went through an incredibly tough time when the California wildfires ripped through his stunning Calabasas mansion in January 2025. The emergency forced the actor and his family to evacuate ASAP, leaving behind the ridiculously lavish property, which covered over 22,000 square feet and took seven years to design and build. Perched on a massive 150-acre estate, this mansion was considered an architectural masterpiece, gracing the covers of major magazines and admired for its exquisite design.

The house had unique details that reflected Smith’s personal style. The master bedroom boasted a high ceiling with wooden beams and a huge picture window that offered spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, plus a stone pizza oven that added a cozy touch. The kitchen combined elegance and functionality with rustic oak furniture. What’s more, the property included a luxurious movie theater, an artificial outdoor island, and a huge swimming pool where the family enjoyed chill time. Although the mansion’s no longer physically there, it lives on as an architectural masterpiece and a symbol of the actor’s lifestyle.
