Nadia to Natalie

Therapy became a turning point, leading Nadia to re-evaluate her life. She went to college, distanced herself from the media, and became a family therapist. Ditching the “Octomom” image, she changed her name to Natalie. Things started looking up for her.

She also improved her diet and lifestyle. In an interview, she said, “I don’t want other women to experience the struggles I went through.” Looking back on the pain before therapy, she took a new step forward.
