Their new home cost them $17 million – an investment that is sure to pay off in such an exclusive area.
The villa is located on one of Miami’s most coveted properties – an area with only 34 residences, nicknamed “Billionaire Bunker” because of its wealthy residents. Neighbors include business magnate Carl Icahn, model Adriana Lima, as well as Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump. Brady and Bündchen purchased a 5,172-square-foot home with five bedrooms and just as many bathrooms, which they plan to tear down to build a modern, eco-friendly dream home instead.
