Ryan Seacrest | $85 Million | Beverly Hills
Ryan Seacrest has been bicoastal for years, splitting his time between Los Angeles and New York City, and his Beverly Hills estate is a seriously swanky pad he calls home. Seacrest blew up in 2002 when he popped up as co-host on the first season of American Idol. He’s been hosting every season of the show ever since.
Seacrest lives in an $85 million Beverly Hills home that he chose for its proximity to the American Idol set and his other entertainment industry gigs. The 9,000-square-foot property includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool house, a gym, and underground parking for his rides. Fun fact: Ellen DeGeneres actually owned this place before selling it to Seacrest when she upgraded to another crib.
