The mansion is located on one of Miami’s most coveted pieces of land—an area with only 34 residences, nicknamed the “Billionaire Bunker” because of its wealthy residents. Neighbors include business magnate Carl Icahn, model Adriana Lima, and Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump. Brady and Bündchen bought a 5,172-square-foot house with five bedrooms and just as many bathrooms, which they plan to tear down to build a modern, eco-friendly dream home instead.
