Jeggings Aren’t Flattering
Jeggings are undeniably comfortable and easy to wear, but they’re not always the most flattering option—especially as we age. The soft, stretchy material may cling to every curve, including areas we may want to smooth out. Unlike jeans, jeggings don’t offer much structure or support.
Jeans, on the other hand, help shape the body and offer a more polished look. They smooth the silhouette, enhance confidence, and are generally more forgiving. So while jeggings might work for lounging, structured jeans are the better choice for a put-together, age-defying appearance.
