The Ovarian Mass
The doctor took a deep breath before revealing the final diagnosis. During surgery, they had discovered a large mass on Lilly’s ovaries. It was the root cause of her severe pain and complications. To prevent further danger and to save her life, both ovaries had to be removed. Lilly froze, unable to comprehend the weight of the words. The dreams she held of expanding their family shattered in an instant.
Pradeep was speechless, barely able to process what he was hearing. He reached out to hold Lilly’s hand as tears began to fall.
