Horst Seehofer & Karin Starck
Horst Seehofer, a member of the Christian Social Union (CSU), had a significant political career, including serving as Federal Minister of the Interior, Building and Community from 2018 to 2021 and Minister-President of Bavaria from 2008 to 2018. He also served as President of the Bundesrat (Federal Council) and Acting Federal President.
Seehofer was initially married to Christine Hildegard before they announced their separation in 1982. In 1985, he married Karin Starck, who has since participated as a representative in several official functions and supported many charitable organizations. The couple has three children together.
