Julia Klockner & Ralph Grieser
Julia Klockner is one of the most well-known figures in German politics, who has been shaping the political landscape for many years with her dedication and charisma. Her career began in 1995 when she was elected German Wine Queen and represented the German wine industry for a year. The following year, she joined the youth wing of the CDU (Christian Democratic Union) and steadily built her political career. She became a member of the Bundestag in 2001 and took over the leadership of the CDU state association of Rhineland-Palatinate in 2010. As Minister for Food and Agriculture under Angela Merkel, she set her political priorities from 2018 to 2021.
