While there’s no right or wrong time to do yoga, there’s definitely a right place to do it. The activity is designed to align with inner peace, and it offers an impressive variety of benefits. The main ones include heart health, restful sleep, and body ache relief.

However, doing so in the middle of a public subway ride might not be the best call. External distractions are everywhere, as we can see in the photo. While we’re not here to point fingers, we sure hope the girl found a better place and time to get some stretching in.
