#12: Barcelona
Walking out of Plaça de Catalunya, Barcelona immediately felt like it was flirting with me—Gaudi’s impossible curves on every building, palm trees swaying, and the sea just a short stroll away.
The city lives outside: long tapas crawls where plates keep arriving, beachside beers at sunset, and locals who argue soccer or art with the same passion. It’s creative, warm, and unapologetically alive.
