A dog that won’t stop barking even after the family moves into a new home

The layout and interior were beautiful, as you’d expect from an old Victorian, but it needed a bit of TLC. The stain on the hardwood floors was worn thin from age, and some planks creaked and warped when you walked on them. There were a few spots on the walls that needed a fresh coat of paint.

But for the most part, the house was in pretty good shape, and any renovations wouldn’t be too extensive. It was mainly the usual stuff you find in older homes.
