Titlis Cliff Walk (Switzerland)
The Titlis Cliff Walk in Switzerland, opened in 2012, is known as the highest suspension bridge in Europe. Built in 2013 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the cable car’s operation, the bridge cost approximately 130 million yen and took about 5 years to complete.
The bridge is built to be very sturdy, with very little lateral sway even in strong winds, and there is plenty of space for people to pass each other. However, the surrounding area is a snow mountain, and strong winds can cause blizzards, so you can experience a certain thrill. According to the UK’s “Daily Mail”, it was reported as “the scariest suspension bridge in the world”, but the winter snow scenery is very beautiful.
