Kandinsky Bridge (Russia)

The Kandinsky Bridge, spanning the Vitim River in the Zabaykalsky Krai region of Siberia, was originally built for railway use and has since been repurposed for cars and motorcycles. This bridge is considered one of the “world’s most dangerous bridges” due to its instability, and its safety is not guaranteed. The bridge planks have been reinforced to some extent, but the structure remains in a state of potential collapse.

Having undergone no major repairs for approximately 30 years, some of the wood is rotting. Therefore, those crossing the bridge may need to make repairs themselves as they go. It’s fortunate that no major accidents have been reported, but crossing this bridge requires considerable courage. For thrill-seeking adventurers, it could be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
