MICHAEL PHELPS – $2.5 MILLION, SCOTTSDALE
Michael Phelps, 39, is considered by many to be the greatest Olympian of all time, with an unmatched legacy in swimming. His discipline and success aren’t just reflected in sports, but also in his choice of homes that provide him with comfort and tranquility. For several years, he lived in an impressive residence in Scottsdale, Arizona, a nearly 6,500-square-foot property with elegant marble finishes, a large pool, a luxurious bathtub, and five spacious bedrooms. However, in 2018, he decided to sell it for $3.5 million, closing an important chapter in his life.
While residing in this house, Phelps volunteered with the Arizona State University swim team, contributing his experience to the development of new talent. Although he no longer lives in that spectacular property, he still maintains his residence in the same area, enjoying the warm climate and privacy that Arizona offers him. On his social media, he still shares moments from his daily life, but without the iconic images of the pool and the exterior of his former mansion, marking a new stage in his personal and professional life.
