Who are the people with a fear of heights? Most folks aren’t too keen on standing on top of a tall building and looking down. But then you’ve got those who absolutely love that experience! They pull off stunts most of us wouldn’t even dream of, like walking on tightropes. And get this, some even play instruments up in the air!
Even though the people in the picture are wearing safety harnesses, that’s still a crazy height to be at. So, why are they up there? They’re members of a musical group called “Houle Douce” (Gentle Swell) that uses slacklines, and this photo was snapped during a rehearsal for an aerial performance in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Hunan, China back in 2018. At roughly 1400 meters above sea level, the two were showing off some serious courage and talent. With the whole world watching, this feat is truly something to admire.
