Udo Lindenberg | Undisclosed Amount | Hamburg, Germany

Udo Lindenberg kicked off his career as a drummer, later forming his band Free Orbit and making guest appearances as a musician. In 1972, he dropped his first German-language LP, “Daumen im Wind” (Thumbs in the Wind), and he really hit the big time in the German music scene with the album “Andrea Doria.” The singles “Alles klar auf der Andrea Doria” (All’s Well on the Andrea Doria) and “Cello” cemented his place as one of Germany’s best-known musicians.

Since 1990, Lindenberg has pretty much lived it up in a swanky three-room suite at the Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg. This hotel, which first opened its doors in 1909 for passengers of the Hamburg-America Line, offers the rockstar a seriously stylish pad. Lindenberg also owns an apartment in Berlin, you know, for when he fancies a change of scenery.
