Japanese Giant Hornet

You might have heard the saying, “Two stings from a Japanese giant hornet can kill you.” Well, that’s actually incorrect. Some people might die from just one sting, while others might be fine after two. By the way, in Japan, Japanese giant hornets are considered more dangerous than bears, snakes, and even mosquitoes.

This is because the number of people who die from bee stings in Japan is about 25 per year. Of course, there are also cases caused by other types of bees, but most are due to Japanese giant hornets. Be aware that once you are stung, exciting substances are released from the sting site, which can attract more stings.
