This is tough news for sushi lovers. I hate to admit it, but sushi unfortunately comes with risks. Traditionally, sushi is made with raw seafood, which can expose you to parasites and bacteria. Also, the fish in sushi can contain high levels of mercury. It’s always best to err on the side of caution, but it’s probably difficult, but it’s best to limit how much sushi you eat.
