The Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, situated in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, China, swung open its doors in 2016 as the world’s longest and highest glass-bottom bridge. This bad boy stretches 1,410 feet long and 20 feet wide, hovering about 980 feet above the ground. It links two mountains in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, allowing around 800 tourists to traipse across it at a time.
Designed by Israeli architect Haim Dotan, the bridge is built with over 120 glass panels. It’s propped up by four massive pillars, and there are three long swings dangling underneath. Plus, they’re planning a bungee jump setup at a whopping 935 feet!
