Another animal that most, if not all, of us are familiar with are horses. Did you know that because of the positioning of their eyes on their head, horses have a field of vision of nearly 360 degrees? That alone is pretty interesting, but another remarkable fact about horses is that they can sleep standing up, thanks to a system of tendons and ligaments that lock their legs in place when they need to rest.
Horses also tend to seek attention. While they’re often portrayed in an elegant light in pop culture, horses are also recurring subjects of jokes – “why the long face?” the bartender asked. Well, one such moment was randomly captured on camera. During a car ride, this family decided to roll down the windows of their car, perhaps to feel the breeze. However, one thought that this was an opportunity to give the family a nice, friendly horse welcome.
