Finding a Hidden Folder
Just as he began to lose hope, Jake spotted a folder wedged beneath the bottom of a box, its edges hidden by old wrapping paper and forgotten trinkets.
It looked as though someone had intentionally tucked it out of sight. His heart pounded as he pulled it free and flipped it open.
The papers inside were aged and fragile, but one in particular immediately grabbed his attention—it was official and strikingly personal.
