Air Force One Facts

Now, you might reckon this ain’t exactly presidential behavior, but get this: Air Force One was once used by a president to haul back some pretty hard-to-get beer. See, Coors beer was only available in the western states, so instead of just going without in D.C., they’d get AFO to jet out there, load up with a stash of the good stuff, and make sure they were well-stocked.

Apparently, they *might* have needed to fly out there for official business anyway, but that’s still up for debate. Could be they were just using taxpayer dollars to get their beer on!
