Cruise ships are a paradise for those with a sweet tooth. From cakes and pastries to endless ice cream stations, sugary treats are always available. Add in 24-hour buffets and cocktail bars, and it’s easy to go overboard on indulgence—literally.

While it’s fun to treat yourself, healthy choices can be harder to find. Between fried foods, desserts, and sweet drinks, maintaining a balanced diet takes effort. By the end of your trip, you may need a detox more than a tan.
