While there’s no right or wrong time to practice yoga, there’s definitely an appropriate place to do it. The activity is designed to align with inner peace, and it provides an impressive array of benefits. The most significant ones are heart health, restful sleep, and body pain relief.
However, it might not be the best choice if we do it in the middle of a public subway ride. External distractions are everywhere, as we can see in the photo. While we’re not pointing fingers here, we hope the girl found a better place and time to do some stretching.
