Susanne Uhlen – Florian Steinberger
Susanne Uhlen, a renowned German actress, has established her distinctive presence in over 70 television films, numerous TV series, and various film roles over decades. Her talent also extended to the theater, where she celebrated successes both on and behind the stage. However, in 2014, a breast cancer diagnosis marked a significant turning point in her life. She decided to withdraw from the public eye, thus ending her once-beloved professional career. From then on, she dedicated herself to animal welfare, a new passion.
On a personal level, Susanne Uhlen is a mother of two children, whom she had with different husbands. Her eldest son Florian, whose father is the cameraman Charly Steinberger, is already 49 years old. In contrast to his famous mother, Florian pursued an academic path. He obtained a doctorate and is now a lecturer in philosophy at Birkbeck College, University of London, where he imparts his knowledge and passion for the subject.
