Angelina Jolie’s Compromising Slit
Remember when Angelina Jolie’s leg got its own Twitter account back in 2012? We sure do. And if you’re wondering how that even happened, here’s the story. At the 2012 Oscars, Jolie showed up in a stunning dress, but it had an incredibly high slit. Apparently, Jolie didn’t think the slit alone was sexy enough, so she decided to stick her leg out of it in a provocative way. This showed off both the slit and her leg in all its glory. But the whole thing came across as over-the-top and unsubtle.
The whole thing felt artificial and embarrassing. That’s how someone came to create the Twitter account “Angelina Jolie’s L.” (L for “Leg”). Unfortunately, Angelina got a lot of attention that year – but for all the wrong reasons.
