#36: Dry Noodles

Dry noodles from China can contain unsafe additives. Benzoyl peroxide is sometimes used to bleach the noodles. This chemical may irritate the stomach or lungs if eaten often. In some factories, hygiene is poor, allowing bacteria to grow. Recycled packaging materials may also release toxins into the food.

Some noodles look appealing but carry hidden risks. Long-term exposure to such chemicals can affect digestion and immunity. Labels may not list every ingredient, making it hard to know what’s inside.
