Delaying a Flight for a Haircut
It’s a well-known fact that the President of the United States can basically do anything. However, even the President should have some limits. For example, President Clinton was notorious for delaying flights. He sat on the tarmac getting a haircut while everyone just stood around waiting for him to finish. It’s unclear why he thought he couldn’t wait.

At that point, it seems like he was testing how far he could push everything without anyone noticing. After all, there’s a limit to madness, and you should respect other people’s time.
