Raw Eggs


Realistically, everyone knows that eating raw food is bad for your body, regardless of age. However, being careful with raw eggs is especially important if you’re over 60. Salmonella occurs in about 1 in 20,000 eggs. This probability may seem quite low, but you never know if your egg is infected with Salmonella. To be safe, it’s best to avoid eating raw eggs and err on the side of caution.
