Annalena Baerbock & Daniel Holefleisch

Annalena Baerbock is the German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs and has also been a member of the German Bundestag since 2013. In 2021, she ran as the Green Party’s candidate for Chancellor but had to settle for third place.

Baerbock has been married to Daniel Holefleisch since 2007. Her husband was responsible for communications at the Green Party headquarters and also worked as a lobbyist for Deutsche Post. Today, he is a partner at the communications consultancy MSL. Together, they live in Potsdam with their two daughters, who were born in 2011 and 2015.
